uMentioned was founded as a collaborative project on Facebook between a handful of students from 5 Universities in Ontario. In charge of marketing, we developed an exclusive organic campaign we called the "Snowball Effect" that would help us grow to over 150'00 users in Canada and app that was the "fastest-growing social-media app" on the App Store in 2013. Using a modified version of the Snowball Effect, we launched Sneek in the United States as an app. Sneek content was regularly featured on Buzzfeed and Reddit, and was even name as one of Buzzfeeds "5 Apps Every College Student Needs To Survive 2015"
